Description:
E6100® is a unique non-sag, non-flammable industrial adhesive formulated to meet high-performance requirements. It permanently bonds to more surfaces than virtually any other adhesive, providing exceptional adhesion to:
✅ Wood
✅ Metal
✅ Glass
✅ Fiberglass
✅ Ceramics
✅ Masonry
✅ Concrete
✅ Asphalt
✅ Leather
✅ Rubber
✅ PVC
✅ Neoprene
✅ Vinyl
✅ Many plastics
Thanks to its non-sag formula, the adhesive will not drip or run, making it ideal for vertical applications. It maintains a flexible bond even in extreme cold temperatures, will not crack or become brittle, and is excellent for bonding items exposed to vibrations.
🛑 Note: For applications exposed to direct sunlight, paint over the adhesive after curing to ensure UV resistance.
APPLICATIONS
- Vertical repairs on brick & mortar
- HVAC system repair
- Locking fasteners against vibrations
- Roof flashing & shingles repair
- Auto upholstery, paneling & molding
- And much more!
FEATURES & BENEFITS
✔ EASY TO USE – 10.2 fl oz cartridge fits standard caulking guns
✔ FLEXIBLE – Will not become brittle in cold weather, ideal for vibration-prone applications
✔ CHEMICAL RESISTANT – Safe for exposure to dilute acids & bases
✔ ABRASION RESISTANT – Great for bonding objects subject to wear
✔ WATERPROOF – Can be submerged in fresh and salt water after curing
✔ PAINTABLE – Paint to match surroundings or to provide UV resistance

ADHESION TEST – 180° PEEL STRENGTH TEST (ASTM D903)
Average maximum peel strength in PLI (pounds per linear inch):
Material | Adhesion (PLI) |
---|---|
Aluminum | 35 pli |
Birch (Wood) | 40 pli |
Glass | 34 pli |
PUC (Plastic/Polymer Composite) | 38 pli |
Steel | 45 pli |
🔹 Higher values indicate stronger adhesion.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Read the instructions and test on a small area. The surface must be clean, dry, and free of dirt. For best results, lightly roughen the surface before application.
2️⃣ Preparation: Trim the nozzle and puncture the inner seal. Ideal application temperature: 50°F – 90°F (10°C – 32°C).
3️⃣ Application: Apply directly to surfaces to be bonded or repaired.
4️⃣ Curing: Allow 24 hours for curing. Maximum bond strength may take 48 to 72 hours.
5️⃣ Storage: After opening, cover or plug the nozzle opening.
6️⃣ Cleaning: Remove uncured adhesive with acetone or citrus-based solvents. Once cured, remove by cutting or scraping.
